We are currently looking for a senior manager in the field of transformation and performance management related to the Finance function.

The responsibilities as senior manager will include:

1. Playing a key role in the business development of the services, in Belgium and on selected international accounts strategic to Keyrus Group. The senior manager will lead, together with the leadership of the Belgian operations, the development of the following services:

• Transformation of the Finance function particularly by improving key financial processes, the organization of the Finance function and by aligning the supporting IT systems
• Performance Management supporting customers in developing a clear strategy on how to manage and improve performance. Typical services relates to optimizing business models, implementing management scorecards, and supporting key managerial processes such as controlling, business planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Change management building the ability to implement sustainable change

1. Developing an executive network with CFO’s and best in class market organizations in the field of Finance
2. Managing complex projects in an international business context
3. Developping a team of consultants: recruitment, coaching, competence development
