Duties and responsibilities
You will draw on advice from other consultants in the team to manage projects to reorganise the HR function, optimise processes (mobility, recruitment, career management, training, etc.) or support staff in major conversion projects. You will also develop advisory services and maintain a high-level dialogue with HR departments in major international groups.
Qualifications, experience and skills
You have graduated from a business school or prestigious university programme. You have over 5 years of consulting experience in human resources and/or HR operational management in the corporate sector and are looking to gain more experience and expand your know-how in Management Consulting professions.
You speak fluent English, are business-oriented and value being involved in an ambitious business project.
