Faithful to its basic values which include diversity and mutual respect, Keyrus applies a very strict ethical code which guides all its conduct and its practices and which has already led it to take concrete action in favour of a fairer and more humane society.

HR POLICY

We are keen to be a responsible employer.  As an international and multicultural company, Keyrus has from its inception respected and defended the human and cultural diversity of its personnel by taking an active part in a wide range of associations that are working to this end.

  • Keyrus has been a signatory for several years to the charter on diversity promoting  equal access to jobs, equal opportunities and combating all forms of discrimination
  • Keyrus is a founder member of the ”Association Française des Managers de la Diversité”, created in 2007
  • Keyrus is a signatory to the Charter for Parenthood in the Workplace which pursues the objectives of support for and non-discrimination of employee-parents
  • Keyrus is a member of “IMS- Entreprendre pour la cité” and the association “Nos quartiers ont des talents” which sponsor young graduates from disadvantaged neighbourhoods.

More generally, the Keyrus Group respects the International Charter on Human Rights and undertakes via its ethical code that each of its employees shall adhere to its values of respect, integrity, commitment and non-discrimination

CLIENT AND SUPPLIER RELATIONS

It is our aim to be a responsible service provider. As a result, Keyrus listens closely to the expectations of its clients and suppliers on environmental matters and adherence to ethical codes, and endeavours to proactively integrate corporate social responsibility and sustainable development into its services.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We aim to operate in an environmentally-responsible way. Keen to contribute to the protection of the planet, Keyrus endeavours to minimize its environmental impact by reducing its energy consumption and business travel, and by systematically recycling its equipment and consumables.

BEING A RESPONSIBLE AND COMMITED PLAYER!

Our ambition reflects our responsibilities – to be recognized as an exemplary company in our sector. To achieve this we believe that sustainable success involves defining strong ethical principles but above all by ensuring that all group employees apply them strictly.

Faithful to its basic values which include diversity and mutual respect, Keyrus applies a very strict ethical code which guides all its conduct and its practices and which has already led it to take concrete action in favour of a fairer and more humane society.
