
Eric ALONSO has over twelve years’ experience in management consulting, with, in particular, responsibilities within the IDRH and Ineum Consulting firms. A specialist in new high-performance organizations, he operates in the private and public / parapublic sectors. Among his most important duties – the creation of strategic / service / goals and means contracts projects, management control in public undertakings, the creation of HRD in large ministries, the pooling / outsourcing of functions for local authorities, support for Government reforms at central and local levels… Eric Alonso has written several books, the latest of which is “Déléguez en toute sérénité” (Delegating with peace of mind)(ESF Editions), he also teaches at a business school and at ENA, the French national administration school.
Leonardo is graduated in Information Technology, postgraduated in Finance, Management and Service Marketing; and has a master in management. He is experienced both business and consulting. He has worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and also had executive experience as CIO and COO in companies such as BAT (Souza Cruz), Nationwide Insurance and Canada Life. He developed Strategic Plans, IT plans and Process innovations for private companies. He also teaches Strategic Planning and Management at IBMEC and teaches IT Planning and processes management at Infnet Institute.

Valérie FRANKIEL, a partner at Keyrus Management, manages the Performance and Reporting Steering segment and the Social Management Control unit (Payroll and HR Performance Steering). She has over 17 years of experience in both operations in the finance department of a CAC 40 group and consulting finance and human resources departments. She currently works on projects to restructure organisations, processes and information systems to improve the business steering function in finance and human resources.

Bertrand FROT graduated from the HEC in 1988 and is a Partner within Keyrus Management, responsible for services for the Finance and Purchasing Departments. He is experienced in both business and consulting. He has worked on redesigning organizations and processes as well as setting up systems. He has worked in both business and consulting leading and optimising finance departments. He drew up master plans, worked on organisation and process restructures, and the implementation of a Joint Services Centre for the introduction of ERP (SAP, Oracle). He also has extensive experience in steering performance and building profitability models. While working for the Purchasing Department, Bertrand worked for the oil, automobile and logistics industries. Mainly in purchasing and goods and services, he assisted in integrating the purchasing role upstream to maximise its contribution for operational staff. He has also completed several projects to create visibility for and steer purchasing performance.

Soumia Malinbaum, partner in charge of the development of the Keyrus Management consultancy, has pursued most of her career in the field of information technology consulting as a founder and managing director of various companies. She joined Keyrus in 2006 within the framework of a merger to head the development department. She is the chairman of the French association of the managers of Diversity (AFMD) and supports a voluntarist policy in favour of all types of diversity.
Olivier RIHOUET, a partner at Keyrus Management , manages the Costing segment and is an expert in scoreboard issues and budget development with 16 years of experience in both management control operations and as a consultant to finance and management departments. Olivier has a degree in public accounting. He primarily works on activity-based profitability analysis (ABC/M Method) and projects to optimise the management information system. He has also steered many projects in ERP implementation and decision-making information systems.

Marc ROUSSELLE, a partner in charge of marketing and business performance expertise within Keyrus Management, has over 20 years experience in operating and consulting activities. Since graduating from the ESSEC in 1989, Marc has worked in sales and as a marketing team leader within major retail networks, then in product marketing before joining the consulting sector. As a consultant, he is involved in strategic marketing, in particular the design and marketing of new services. Marc also assists a many companies in improving the efficiency of their sales organizations, in the industrial, corporate and individual services sectors. He developed along his career a recognized international experience in operational improvement and technology consulting, by servicing major global customers, with a focus on financial sector institutions, and public sector administrations. His major field of expertise is in helping his customers designing and deploying performance improvement programs leveraging information technology. In particular, he has assisted CIO’s in improving the strategic alignment of the IT departments and the efficiency of the IT organizations. He started his career in an international company developing and deploying corporate banking solutions.
