The firm where I was working before did not give me much opportunity to work in the south of France. That and it had reached a relatively critical size and I didn’t have the entrepreneurial aspect I was seeking. Keyrus Management gave me a chance to have both the location I wanted and an entrepreneurial approach by developing the firm’s business in my region.

What type of projects do you work on?

I specialize in the public sector, HR and finance. Since I joined, I have been using these three qualifications for a project to set up a new financial tool at the City Hall of Marseille. It is a large project where I mostly work on steering which forces me to deal with organisational issues in the finance department, financial steering and setting up indicators.

What would be your dream project?

It is less of a project and more a way of working. What I find important is being able to directly measure the impact of my consulting, to always be looking for that little something extra that makes a noticeable and swift improvement in my client’s situation. And this “measurable results” approach is exactly what we are working on at Keyrus Management.

What do you think sets Keyrus Management apart?

The firm’s size makes all the difference. Right now I have direct access to management and on a daily basis I gain from sort of being mentored by very experienced people. What is also very new for me is the thought process factor. We usually sit around a table to think things through, about new solutions we can offer as much as how we want to operate internally.
