You were here at the very beginning of Keyrus Management…
Yes, I was part of the team that hatched the concept for this firm, figured out the differentiators it wanted to bring to the consulting market. Before launching operations, we had to gather a group of people who could bring about these differentiating factors and then see how each person’s skills could help build such an original company.
What motivated you to become involved in this project?
Throughout my career I have always looked for projects that would give me an opportunity to expand my consulting experience and work in a start-up structure to advance a results-oriented consulting model through more complex methods and tools that have more of an impact with clients and allow you to deliver value quickly.
What does being a Partner mean at Keyrus Management?
First, it is an ability to provide and develop industry know-how that is in line with market expectations and by capitalising on the wealth of skills in the group. In terms of the teams, it means constantly making sure everyone’s sense of initiative is stimulated while channelling that energy into the Keyrus MANAGEMENT project.
What do you think are Keyrus Management’S assets?
The first one is being part of the Keyrus Group, benefitting from its stability and being able to rely on its know-how in BI. The second is bringing together a team of experienced people who firmly believe that in 2011 you can no longer practice consulting like in the last century. These factors coupled with a deep knowledge of the industry and markets gives us the capacity to innovate to serve today’s clients with today’s tools.
