You are already a “Senior” consultant at 26?
Yes! In the consulting world, you become “senior” after three years of experience. I turned towards consulting when I graduated college and after three years at two firms, I was offered a job from one of the partners at Keyrus Management.
Did you take a risk joining a start-up firm?
There is always a challenge! Might as well take them while you are young. Actually, it was more about being lucky to escape the weight of huge firms and help build an entity with people who work the way I like. Keyrus Management is going to grow, its processes will structure themselves but helping to set them up is nothing like having them imposed on you.
What areas are you working on?
In my past jobs, I was initially starting to specialise in the public sector and then HR. I am now working in those two fields but also in other scopes of activity at the firm. I don’t want to specialise too quickly. I prefer to work on a variety of projects and clients while helping build the firm.
What do you like most about Keyrus Management?
First of all, it’s the human aspect that translates into a very smooth work organisation and relations between people who have chosen to work together. I also really like being part of the development of sales offers, putting together a plan of attack for the firm in different sectors and creating the internal processes.
