• Analyze: this phase, which is an integral part of all project approaches, must to our mind be significantly enhanced and more focussed on data that are understood and recognized by the company employees, such as to ensure that the assessments and objectives are clearly and objectively defined in the eyes of those involved
• Mobilize: prior to any project, ensure the understanding, acceptance and mobilization of those involved. Leading through change starts on the first day of the project and is an inescapable precondition.
• Govern: formalize the rules and organization, roles and responsibilities, systems, indicators and bodies for monitoring projects and initiatives, linked to the global governance of the organization, in order to transfer them as quickly as possible to the operating teams and to ensure their sustainability. A consulting project should not last as long as possible… but as short as possible!
